Hard Copy Testamur and Academic Transcript

Important Information:

1. Only one testamur per completed course can be issued to each student. If you have already received your testamur, but it has been damaged or lost, you will need to order a Replacement Testamur.
2. Ensure the address entered is the delivery address for your testamur and transcript.
3. Your request will not be processed if you have a current outstanding debt with the University. Please check your student account in MyCQU before proceeding.
4. Order processing times:

a. Standard (3-5 business days plus postage of your request being submitted)
b. After Conferral for the current term* (please only select this option if you are in your final term) * document processing times are between 3-5 business days plus postage from Conferral
